Not only does this email create urgency with a countdown timer, but I also like that they started the email saying they offer free shipping and returns. People are impulse buying things like crazy on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, and they'll want to know they have the option to make an easy return if they change their mind once the craziness subsides.
