What I like:

Above the fold CTA: “Download 1st chapter” – This is a strong way to build your email list & get someone invested in your book which will lead to a purchase if they want to continue reading more. For this to work, you must have a strong chapter 1!

Once you scroll below the fold, you learn more about the topics explored in the book. It’s a good preview of the book content. Followed by a CTA to buy the book.

Social proof is next. “Jay has written over 100 articles for Inc.com and CBS MarketWatch” + links to each feature. (I don’t like the linking out of the website. its best to keep the visitor on the page)

Scoll more and another special offer appears. “Bonus Playbook Offer” + CTA.
