I collect toooooonnss of swipes.....but why do any of us look at swipes in the first place??
It's to get ideas for our own businesses!

We've been delivering custom ideas and angles to people and it's been amazingly helpful to get an idea everyday.
The first way is to get a single idea emailed per day:

So every day an email shows up with a new idea....angle....headline....imagery....concept.
For a full year build out your own personal/customized swipe file:

Building your swipe file one idea at a time. New one everyday.
The second way, for those who are impatient especially, is for us to build you a 200-idea swipe file INSTANTLY......plus everyday you get a new idea via email as well.

Your swipe file is built out instantly (well, technically in 1 hour)
If you want to build out a full swipe file of ads/ideas/emails/headlines completely customized to your business, build your own swipe file here →

These are 8 moats a startup will likely need in the near future to do well:

I'll list them out here and give an example for each.
Data: Where you have proprietary data you collect. Kind of like Ahrefs or Crunchbase. They scrape/find data that other people don't have.
Workflow: If you have a custom process that's better/faster than the competition. Or a company integrates their whole sales workflow into your system, like Salesforce.
Regulatory: This is like when medical files get shared, you can't simply stick them in a Google Doc (even though it would make a lot of sense). You instead have to jump through many regulatory hoops to get software approved.
Distribution: You have an advantage like Wal-Mart or Amazon or Target where you have massive warehouses and retail outlets around the country already.
Ecosystem: You're like AirBnB where you have people who want to rent a house, and people who want to provide that service to the renters. Or how Uber has drivers AND riders on their platform.
Network Effects: Something like Instagram where the service is more powerful because so many people are on it.
Physical Infrastructure: This is like Amazon having 900 data centers worldwide, that amount of infrastructure is hard to build even with unlimited cash.
In the future you'll be better off building a business with one of these moats!
It's fun to watch people spin up pages with AI for any little thing.....here's one Noah Kagan did to follow a Twitter beef between two founders:

What's crazy is just 5 years ago to make this page would've taken a small team to create:
A copywriter
A designer
A developer
It would've cost thousands of dollars and taken lots of time....but now you can have AI spin a well-done page up in 2 minutes.
My little guy is approaching 1 years old now, and he's so fun now because he can crawl around and do funny things :)
Hanging out with dad:

Pumpkin Guy hanging out in front of our favorite coffee shop:

We setup a moon bounce in the yard!

Watching the Tesla Roadster unveiling with the guys

So I love seeing posts like this that teach you a little something:

But now with AI, you can take these type of posts further, like I wanted to see what each principle means in terms of copywriting in a fun drawing form, and this it what it gave:

This is so true....if you follow this Brainrot Maxxing Guide you'll DEFINITELY have a bad day!!

Funny enough the way to have a good day is do the opposite of these!
(ok maybe it's not a perfect example but you get the point).
Hope you have a great weekend!
Sincerely,
Neville Medhora

P.S. Remember to build out your own swipe file of ideas here. Imagine hitting just ONE good idea per week and the impact it can have on sales.
