Make sure you squint extra careful at videos you see now....OpenAI release it's Sora "social network" which is like TikTok but 100% AI generated....and honestly they stuff it's outputting is insanely real!

Like we're under 2 years away from 100% realistic videos. These clips are all 100% AI generated from under 1 sentence of prompting:

Sora can one-shot these short educational videos really well.

If you don’t prompt something crazy like flying, you may not even know they aren’t real without really looking.

Interesting:

Almost all the AI products I sign up for:
• I'll use it a bunch right away to test it out.
• Maybe login a few more times.
• Then cancel.

Feels like especially for content generation like social media posts, the outputs some of these softwares make is meh....OR I can just make it better with a basic ChatGPT plan.

This is crazy, on infrared camera at night you can see the Waymo self driving cars Lidar and it looks WILD!

It's like an ambulance driving by or something! 🚑

The Waymo cars notoriously use Lidar instead of Tesla's camera-only self driving, and they constantly spin when operating.....however I've never realized how much infrared light they give off!
