Swipe:
Holy crap look how attention grabbing these ads are 🤣

I mean the nature of this LED mask just makes it prime for advertising because it just looks so hilarious.
All these ads are so simple yet so grabbing!

Over on SwipeFile you can see how this company Omnilux pops at the end of each year, indicating huge demand around Black Friday and Christmas:

Wisdom:
Here's a cool little graph showing how much value your product has based on what function it provides the user:

Relevant: "I need it"
Functional: "It works"
Desirable: "I want to do this. Often."
Magical: "It has changed my life"
Warren Buffet would argue there's another category of massive business value, and that's something like insurance and you're REQUIRED to have it.
Interesting:
Checkout this "welcome basket" an apartment complex gives to all their new residents:

They said this bucket of goodies costs the $35/bucket....but it saves them hundreds or thousands per year in expenses from need maintenance calls!
Amazing!

I love clever hacks like this :)
Picture:
So I posted this cool add of this classic "balloon animal" art lamp piece....

....and I went to a little mastermind event where they had this as a piece of art in front of the house!

On random note this house had lots of "chunky people" art like this:

Essay:
This is a super interesting read by Tibo where they made his product Tweet Hunter more expensive over time, and churn went DOWN!
This is the opposite of what it should be in theory.

He said they steadily raised their prices every few months: $9 → $19 → $29 → $39 → $49
What they expected: angry customers, mass churning. What actually happened: Revenue exploded faster than churn.
Higher prices = LOWER churn.
Turns out the cheap customers were quitting, and the expensive customers stayed:
$9/month customers: quit after 2 weeks $49/month customers: stayed for months
How interesting!!
Splurge:
I bought the new iPhone 17 Pro when it came out, and Apple always does a pretty cool job at the images:

I personally really loved their iPhone Air imagery showcasing how insanely thin it is:

This really shows how slim the body of the phone is:

I used to have the iPhone 14 Pro, so this iPhone 17 Pro was a few bumps better:

I mean my iPhone 14 Pro was great, but this phone definitely has a better camera, more AI features that actually work pretty well, and everything feels faster and slicker.
Oh and the main change is I like how it feels in my hand a lot more. I generally don't put a case on my phone, and the iPhone 14 Pro felt "sharper" than this one.
So far a great purchase!
Hope you have a great weekend!
Sincerely,
Neville Medhora
