This was a great way to get an existing customer to buy more services:

They would fly customers in happy customers to record promo videos for Mutual Mobile, but in reality it was a great excuse to hang out with the customer, be friendly, and many of them would buy MORE business because of that relationship!

This cost them ~$2,000 but returned 1,000x for a contract. For example they did this with a company called Greenway Medical and they ended up signing an additional contract with them for over $2,000,000.
