One new idea might change everything →

Swipe:

This image justifies the price of an expensive laptop by showing over the course of a year it's actually cheaper than buying a fancy coffee everyday!

The laptop it shows is $1,699, and assuming you use it for work 8 hours a day it ends up being very cheap considering you can make money with it, unlike the coffee which just loses money:

In fact the longer you use it, the cheaper it gets, the greater your return:

I did a Remix of this concept of "justifying the price" and made it for our own SwipeFile Remix product to show how it's current $200/yr price is soooo cheap compared to the alternatives:

I love getting ideas like this everyday in my inbox because it kicks my brain into thinking about promoting my product in different ways.

I never thought about promoting it like this until I saw that original concept!

Inspiration for your promotions comes from MANY places, not just other ads! Get a daily Remix email for your product -->

Wisdom:

Sometimes I see something that motivates me to get off my ass, and this was a simple image that did!

Just getting something STARTED is the first step in altering the entire path of your life.

Interesting:

This evokes strong opinions with business owners:

"Should I discount prices, or not?"

If you do a discount, you definitely get more people in the door quickly. But if you never do it, you maintain your price point.

I think "it depends."

Like when you go to the mall during Thanksgiving time people expect to see discounts and sales, are prepared to spend money, and are hunting out deals.

I personally think it's not a terrible idea to offer a discount on SOME things. Like Gap or Old Navy will do "50% off tshirts" but the rest of their inventory is normal price.

What do YOU think??

Picture:

My little guy is at a phase where he loooveeess to try to lean-stand on things! He can hold an independent stand for like 5 to 10 seconds, but can stand against something and loves it!

Some father & son hanging time:

Big guy is a pro sitter!

Our little fam :)

He loves to be outside under our big cottonwood tree!

Essay:

I thought this was a cool concept of doing a life "reset" -->

I see a lot of this kind of stuff on social media, and while 99% of people will see it, like it, and do nothing.....I always think there's like 1% of people who take it seriously and change their lives!

Splurge:

I've seen a lot of companies go through this problem:

Do everything for everyone

-or-

Do a specific thing for specific crowd

This image shows adding more features ironically can LOWER it's value (intuitively you'd think it's the opposite)!

I see this in real life. There's a few companies I pay $29/mo for that have literally 120+ features in their toolkit for web publishing stuff.

But I end up paying thousands of dollars a year to a company that JUST does email sending.

It's because the email sending part is important to my business, and they do it the best.

The company with 120+ tools is spread so thin, that they DO send emails, but it's a bad overall experience.

Hope you have a great weekend!
Sincerely,
Neville Medhora
