🎤 The SWIPES Email (Friday, August 21st, 2026)

Written by Human Neville. Here's me writing this. Hi! 👋

Swipe:
People have been loving our product Swipefile Remix because it builds them their own personal swipe file bank of ads for their business.
Here's some outputs it's gave me this week for our own product:
Monday: This is an image designs to make you pause on it, therefore potentially getting higher engagement on social media. Devious!

Tuesday: This one gave me a bunch of ideas for different features and benefits of the product to highlight:

Wednesday: I thought this one was super cool....I never in a million years would've positioned an ad like this, and it came up with a bunch of awesome features/benefits of the product as well:

Not every single Remix one is a home run! Sometimes I'll get an email with an idea that's just "ok" or "meh." Like it won't really knock my socks off.
However we've been averaging between 3 and 5 banger ideas per week.
The cool part is because it's ONE idea a day, directly to your email, you casually get a new idea you can noodle with and spark new ideas:

Just ONE solid idea can have a 10x, 100x, or 1,000x impact.
It's so delightful to get these cool ideas in the mail personalized for your business. Over the course of a year imagine how many new angles, or fresh ideas will come your way.

Wisdom:
"80% of your revenue comes from 20% of your customers" is often very true.
Look at this chart by A16Z showing how most companies have a very small contingency of BIIIGGGG customers that spend all the money, then it tapers off really hard after that:

I've heard from many business owners over time that made MORE MONEY when they fired the bottom 80% of their customers.
John Arrow said his agency fired every customer under $100,000, and only focused on Fortune 1,000 companies.
Their number of customers dropped 90%, and their revenue went up several hundred percent from this (18:30):
Interesting:
This is a fun viral chart that's going around, and people are posting their preferences like:
C26

My personal preference is A34. I bet this chart could be used in many different industries to go viral!
Picture:
My little bubba man is 9-ish months old now, and recently started babbling a lot!
He's such a smiley guy and has two little teef:

All bundled up in a towel after a bath:

"Which drink should I choose??" 😂

I've been making "toys" for him out of junk so he doesn't get too spoiled. This is Tubey the Tube:

Here's his "car" 🤣

We put shoes on him for fun:

He had a little "Besna" ceremony to celebrate him being able to sit:

He's been able to sit for months now so we were a little late on this!

My fam :-)

Essay:
When the term "millionaire" was coined it referred to people of extreme wealth.....adjusted for inflation today a "millionaire" from that time is equivalent to someone with $30,000,000 now.
100 years ago someone with "a million dollars" could never work again. Now if you live in a reasonably high cost of living city a million dollars is nice, but won't retire you.
Inflation does crazy things to money over time 😬
Splurge:
I thought this was a cool way to "map out your day" for this surf facility ad:

It basically takes you through an ideal day you can have if you were a member.
Cool way of showing it!
